A Journal to Happiness is a guide, life-coach, and reference book all rolled into one. It's a gentle, science-backed approach that guides you to make the changes you need in your life to be happier. All you have to do is spend a few minutes daily to answer some simple questions and trust the process.

 

How Does it Work?

Part one of the journal contains around sixty pages of advice about the benefits of adopting positive daily habits. such as gratitude, mindfulness, meditation, contribution, exercise, nutrition, affirmation, goal setting, laughter, and more.

Then once you begin journalling you'll be greeted by a daily page that includes questions based on the tools outlined in part one. There's a daily quote for a little boost of inspiration, and a chance for you to write any additional notes, and that's it. You're done.

Every month there is a simple habit tracker to check your progress so you can see your happiness levels rising. As well as the journal, you'll also have FREE unlimited access to our journalling community via the private Facebook Group to offer support, and guidance just when you need it.
